Global Warming Alarming.

Population growth is in explosive mode non of the Country in the World is adoptng stringent action for Population. China Had but not made some relexation.

Thinking when 7 billion demand is not being fulfilled by available resources what will happen for 7 x 3=21 Billion in next 50 years. India has huge potential 65% youngesters which will convert own replica 81 million to 81 million more on 2:1 ratio.

How Will we susten in energy.

Average 4 deg temp hasbeen increased in last 10 years Coolers are failed, AC need of home, hospitals, Office, Shops etc as we are steping towards desert.

Spreading Awareness on Solar Grid tie Power plants.

In recent past Central india had been suffered from huge power cuts so every household had a Invertor according to light fan load. Now in last four years MP has increase Installed Generation capcity just double from 8000 MW in 2010 to 16500 MW. A substantial growth against demand which raise 10% yearly So Electricity Requirement is endless never been saturated to a developing state/ Country. Per Capita income increasing.

To meet Future demand & a huge gap between Conventional & renewable Power may took long time. Shaking hands for growth market of Solar In india

Solar Energy is need indeed. A initaiation need from Governing Bodies, manufactureres & A transparent business strategy.
Behold the Sun & Insuniate its Power for our Future

PROJECTS

Scope of Optimization & Constraints on Pumps

  • Pumping installations are commonly termed as energy guzzlers, with huge scope of savings.
  • Yet saving is realization is not as straight.
  • Satisfactory pumping requires ‘proper matching of pumping characteristics with system characteristics’.
  • To achieve above is real challenge due a several constraints  such as unavailability of accurate details of system characteristics due to inter departmental issues, lack of knowledge, lack of application, lack of requisite tools & equipments etc.
  • At estimation stage requisite data is not available i.e. yield & Depth.
  • This results in huge approximation in selection of pumps. This is first stage of over sizing of pumps.
  • After boring only Depth & diameter of bore is advised by Engg. Deptt.
  • Normally, the yield either not being taken or being given unauthenticated.
  • If proper care is not taken in selection of pumps then it may cause less water flow, the fear of which forces us to go for oversized pumps.
  • After installation adequate knowledge, equipments & possible solution are normally not known to optimize the pumping capacity.
  • Major time of engineers go in just attending the failures (FRPCPY is as high as 65.33%in Submersible & 90.08% In Open well Pumps) with added pressure of other departments & Staff   i.e. time, energy & scope of optimization of capacity is extremely limited in reality.
  • We used the failure of pump as opportunity of optimization exercise.

Initial audit Exercise

  • Visit for various Pumping Installations.
  • Analysis of Pump assets.
  • Preparation of pumping distribution network.
  • All Data collected for Over Head tank, Sump storage etc.
  • Referred BEE guides for Hydraulic Power, Motor Power for Pumps.

Energy Audit at various Locations.

Kurel Dam Site PUMPS Substantial Hydraulic Parameters.

  • Kurel Dam is the biggest pumping installation, located at 13km with installed capacity of around 500H.P.
  • At sump there were 2 nos of sub. Pump of 60HP. When one of the pump failed in Sump, the pump characteristics were checked
  • Pumps were having designed for 100m. to 150m. Head.
  • The MSL difference between RTM stn & BOD stn (near Kureel) is 60m, therefore, approx. system head was approx. taken as 85-90m with friction loss, bends, valve, TEE etc.
  •  Then new pump selected with 90 mtr head & discharge 1500 LPM of 35 HP & provided at the Sump location & the result is as below.
  •  After this success River bed pump of 80 HP & 100 HP have also been reduced by 35 HP submersible Pump.
  •  At other pumping locations, visit , making pumping network & examining basic data helped a lot.
  • Then new pump selected with 90 mtr head & discharge 1500 LPM of 35 HP & provided at the Sump location & the result is as below.

How 60 HP & 35 HP Pump discharge is same.

  • The pressure of 60 HP is making head of around 115mtr (11.5 kg/cm2) for 1600 LPM discharge.
  • Where as 35 HP is making around head of 80 mtr (8kg/cm2)   for discharge of 1520 LPM as per the Manufacturer table.
  • The delivery Diameter is less (4”) of 35 HP then 60, 80, 100 HP deliveries Diameter is high (5”).

KRL Centrifugal pump Case Study

  • Like 80 HP, 60 HP Submersible Pump Audit.
  • One 100 HP Centrifugal pump was to be replaced with appropriate Selection with matching of System head & discharge for Half part of Sump decanting from KRL site.
  • 90 mtr head( Practical system head) & 1500 LPM discharge pump  selected in Multi Split type centrifugal pump of 60 HP instead of existing 150 mtr head & 1500 LPM.
  • The Technical difference in Submersible & centrifugal is that the Submersible pumps are having more stage & Centrifugal has lesser stages that’s why 35 HP feeding same water as being fed by 60 HP in centrifugal.

Benefits on reduction of HP & Pressure.

  •    Thus it not only giving same discharge in less HP & low pressure will save the old pipeline & leakage will also have mild discharge.
  • The life of pipe line increased.
  • The Infrastructure maintenance cost less, life of transformer, cable, OH line, Ckt Breaker increases.
  • Energy Cost saved, Energy saving.
  • The I2R losses will be 18225R for 100 HP , 135Amp & for 35 HP, 3025R at 55Amps, means losses will be 1/6 of old pumps.

  • The Saved CD can be utilized in future Augmentations of Load.
  • Total reduction will save around 67 lakhs PA in pumping bill more over 575.5 HP will be utilized to elsewhere in the State. It reduces system losses & indirect saving of 575.5 HP (430 Kw) will save 2.58 crore for generating plant cost if could have be installed. ( 6 cr for 1 MW plant )

CEL India , HBL , ThinkPower , SMA , Mahindra Susten, Delta , Tress.
We are in constant intiamcy with reputed firms for better prospects in Solar Power Industries. To handle rebranding in the vicinity, Techincal upgradation from them. We are in expression mode to get response from organisations, units to adopt Solargrid tie connect Power supply system.

This can be impreve when state government offer netmtering on Solar.

MP is purchasing Solar generation by bulk Suppliers on Rs.7.63/- Per unit MPERC 2015 data. Where as our stratagy for Government to allow every small & micro consumer upto 100Kwp grid tie plant with netmetering on Rs1 or 2 per unit for Public awaremenss & adopt such technology. When Excess generation will gone to grid that may be supply to Farmers, Smalll industires on Cheaper rate for Growth of India.

These Small plants will be good for T&D loss compansation to avoid long distance distribution network.
